Description

A rich and creamy cheesecake made with white chocolate and Golden Oreo cookies, perfect for indulgent dessert lovers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 Golden Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 8 ounces white chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • Additional Golden Oreos for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the crushed Golden Oreos and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
  3. Press the Oreo mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar together until smooth and creamy.
  5. Add the vanilla extract and mix until combined.
  6. Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  7. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth. Allow to cool slightly, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  8. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust in the springform pan.
  9. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for an additional hour.
  10. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool to room temperature. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  11. Before serving, whip the heavy cream with the powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Spread or pipe the whipped cream on top of the cheesecake and garnish with additional Golden Oreos if desired.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, try adding a tablespoon of lemon juice to the cream cheese mixture.
  • Substitute the Golden Oreos with regular Oreos for a classic twist, or use flavored Oreos for a unique taste.
