Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the instant coffee, granulated sugar, and hot water. If desired, add a pinch of salt to enhance the flavor.
- Using a hand mixer or a whisk, whip the mixture on high speed until it becomes light and frothy, about 2-5 minutes. The mixture should form stiff peaks.
- In a glass, add ice cubes if you prefer your coffee cold, then pour in the milk, leaving some space at the top for the whipped coffee.
- Spoon the whipped coffee mixture over the milk. You can use a spatula to help transfer it smoothly.
- Before drinking, stir the whipped coffee into the milk to combine. Enjoy!
