A delicious and creamy Tuna Macaroni Salad that is perfect for any gathering or as a quick meal.

- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 can (12 ounces) tuna, drained
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- 1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Add the cooled macaroni, drained tuna, diced celery, chopped red onion, sweet pickle relish, and thawed peas (if using) to the bowl. Stir until all ingredients are well coated with the dressing.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. If desired, fold in the chopped parsley for added freshness.
- Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld. Serve chilled.
Notes
- For a healthier version, substitute Greek yogurt for half of the mayonnaise.
- Add diced bell peppers or hard-boiled eggs for extra flavor and texture.
