A delicious and easy-to-make Strawberry Cheesecake Dump Cake that combines fresh strawberries and cream cheese with a cake mix for a delightful dessert.

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 box (15.25 oz) yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, cream cheese, 1/2 cup of sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined and set aside.
- In another bowl, whisk together the cake mix, remaining sugar, and cinnamon. Gradually add the melted butter and water, stirring until just combined.
- Pour half of the cake batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly. Layer the strawberry mixture over the batter, then pour the remaining cake batter on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool for about 10-15 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, consider adding a teaspoon of lemon zest to the strawberry mixture.
