Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Incorporate the eggs one at a time, ensuring each is fully mixed in before adding the next. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Slowly add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Gently fold in the diced strawberries, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
- Spread half of the brownie batter into the bottom of the prepared baking dish, smoothing it out evenly.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the granulated sugar until creamy. Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until well blended.
- Layer the cheesecake mixture over the brownie base.
- Dollop the remaining brownie batter on top of the cheesecake layer, then use a knife to create swirls, blending the two layers slightly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
