A delightful Strawberry Brownie Ice Cream Sundae Trifle that layers brownie bites, vanilla ice cream, fresh strawberries, and whipped cream, topped with chocolate and strawberry syrups.

- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
- 1/4 cup strawberry syrup
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large trifle dish or individual serving glasses, start by layering half of the brownie bites at the bottom.
- Add a layer of half of the vanilla ice cream over the brownie bites, smoothing it out with a spatula.
- Layer half of the sliced strawberries on top of the ice cream.
- Spoon half of the whipped cream over the strawberries, spreading it evenly.
- Drizzle half of the chocolate syrup and half of the strawberry syrup over the whipped cream.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining brownie bites, ice cream, strawberries, whipped cream, and the remaining syrups.
- Top the final layer with chopped nuts if desired and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
- Chill the trifle in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use chocolate ice cream instead of vanilla.
