  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas or bell peppers, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add sliced beef and cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove beef and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Add cooked noodles, beef, and vegetables to the skillet. Toss everything together until well coated and heated through, about 2-3 minutes.
