- 1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain
- 8 ounces rice noodles
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas or bell peppers, sliced
Instructions
- Cook rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add sliced beef and cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove beef and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Bring to a simmer.
- Add cooked noodles, beef, and vegetables to the skillet. Toss everything together until well coated and heated through, about 2-3 minutes.
- Serve immediately, garnished with sliced green onions.

- For a spicier kick, add sliced jalapeños or a dash of sriracha.
