Description

Indulge in this decadent Snickers Cheesecake, a rich and creamy dessert that combines the flavors of chocolate, caramel, and peanut nougat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chopped Snickers bars (about 4 full-size bars)
  • ½ cup chocolate syrup
  • ½ cup caramel sauce
  • Whipped cream, for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Gradually add the granulated sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Stir in the sour cream until smooth. Gently fold in the chopped Snickers bars.
  6. Pour the cheesecake batter over the prepared crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly. Turn off the oven and crack the door open, allowing the cheesecake to cool in the oven for 1 hour.
  8. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely at room temperature. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
  9. Before serving, drizzle the top with chocolate syrup and caramel sauce. Add whipped cream if desired.

Notes

  • For a more intense flavor, add a teaspoon of espresso powder to the cheesecake batter.
  • Consider using mini Snickers bars for a fun presentation and easier portioning.
