- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chopped Snickers bars (about 4 full-size bars)
- ½ cup chocolate syrup
- ½ cup caramel sauce
- Whipped cream, for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Gradually add the granulated sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Stir in the sour cream until smooth. Gently fold in the chopped Snickers bars.
- Pour the cheesecake batter over the prepared crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly. Turn off the oven and crack the door open, allowing the cheesecake to cool in the oven for 1 hour.
- Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely at room temperature. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
- Before serving, drizzle the top with chocolate syrup and caramel sauce. Add whipped cream if desired.
