- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup chocolate syrup

- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened vanilla ice cream and chocolate chip cookie dough. Stir until well blended.
- Gently fold in the mini marshmallows and mini chocolate chips, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
- Lay a large piece of plastic wrap on a flat surface. Spoon the ice cream mixture onto the plastic wrap and shape it into a log, about 4 inches in diameter. Wrap the plastic wrap tightly around the log and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Once the ice cream roll is firm, remove it from the freezer and unwrap it from the plastic wrap.
- In a shallow dish, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated.
- Roll the ice cream log in the graham cracker mixture until fully coated.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top of the rolled ice cream and return it to the freezer for an additional 30 minutes to set.
- Slice into rounds and serve immediately, drizzling with extra chocolate syrup if desired.
