Description

S’mores Explosion Cookie Dough Ice Cream Roll is a delightful dessert that combines the flavors of s’mores with cookie dough and ice cream, creating a deliciously indulgent treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 cup chocolate chip cookie dough, store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened vanilla ice cream and chocolate chip cookie dough. Stir until well blended.
  2. Gently fold in the mini marshmallows and mini chocolate chips, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  3. Lay a large piece of plastic wrap on a flat surface. Spoon the ice cream mixture onto the plastic wrap and shape it into a log, about 4 inches in diameter. Wrap the plastic wrap tightly around the log and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  4. Once the ice cream roll is firm, remove it from the freezer and unwrap it from the plastic wrap.
  5. In a shallow dish, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated.
  6. Roll the ice cream log in the graham cracker mixture until fully coated.
  7. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top of the rolled ice cream and return it to the freezer for an additional 30 minutes to set.
  8. Slice into rounds and serve immediately, drizzling with extra chocolate syrup if desired.

Notes

  • For a fun twist, try adding crushed pretzels for a salty crunch.
  • Substitute the vanilla ice cream with chocolate ice cream for a richer flavor.
  • You can also use flavored cookie dough, like peanut butter, for a unique variation.
