Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped dill, capers, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined and smooth.
- Lay a spinach or lettuce leaf flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture over the leaf, covering it evenly.
- Place slices of smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Starting from one end, carefully roll the leaf tightly into a pinwheel shape.
- Repeat steps 2-4 for the remaining leaves and filling.
- Once all pinwheels are rolled, slice each roll into bite-sized pieces.
- Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter and serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to 30 minutes before serving for a chilled option.
