Ingredients

  • 1 large egg

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them in the slow cooker.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, crushed pineapple, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Pour the sauce over the meatballs in the slow cooker.
