Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup angel food cake, cubed
  • 1 cup granola

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to whip until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth and thickened, about 2 minutes.
  3. In a large trifle dish or individual serving cups, layer half of the cubed angel food cake at the bottom.
  4. Add half of the vanilla pudding mixture over the cake, followed by half of the whipped cream.
  5. Layer half of the sliced strawberries and blueberries on top of the whipped cream.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining angel food cake, pudding, whipped cream, and the rest of the berries.
  7. Top the final layer of whipped cream with granola for added crunch.
  8. Chill the trifle in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes
