Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Take each mozzarella stick and wrap it tightly with a slice of bacon, ensuring the cheese is fully covered.
- Place the wrapped mozzarella sticks on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down.
- In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt. Sprinkle this seasoning mixture evenly over the bacon-wrapped sticks.
- If using, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top of the sticks for added flavor.
