Instructions

- In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, lemon juice, lime juice, olive oil, orange zest, lemon zest, lime zest, dill, parsley, and capers until well combined.
- Drizzle the citrus-herb dressing evenly over the salmon slices.
- Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
- Let the salmon marinate for about 10-15 minutes at room temperature to allow the flavors to meld.
- Garnish with microgreens or edible flowers if desired before serving.
