Instructions
- Arrange the thinly sliced salmon on a large serving platter or individual plates.
- In a small bowl, combine the reserved orange juice, reserved grapefruit juice, olive oil, lemon juice, dill, parsley, sea salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well combined.
- Drizzle the citrus dressing over the salmon slices, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Scatter the orange and grapefruit segments over the salmon.
- If using, garnish with microgreens or edible flowers for an extra touch of color and flavor.
- Serve immediately, or chill in the refrigerator for up to 15 minutes before serving for a refreshing taste.
