- 2 cups pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer the dough to a pizza peel or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the dough lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese with the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Spread the ricotta mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the ricotta layer.
- Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Top with sliced strawberries and blueberries.
- Drizzle honey over the top and sprinkle with chopped mint if using.
- Slice and serve warm or at room temperature.

- For a sweeter pizza, add a sprinkle of powdered sugar on top before serving.
