Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined. Gradually add the milk until the mixture is creamy and smooth.
- In a separate bowl, combine the whipped cream with the cream cheese mixture, folding gently until fully incorporated.
- In serving glasses or bowls, layer the red velvet cake crumbles, followed by a layer of the cream cheese mixture, and then a layer of crushed Oreo cookies. Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with a layer of the cream cheese mixture on top.
- Top each parfait with additional crushed Oreo cookies and a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
- Refrigerate the parfaits for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
