- Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker texture)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the raspberries, cottage cheese, banana, honey or maple syrup (if using), milk, and vanilla extract.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or maple syrup.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
