- 1 medium banana, frozen
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (about 30 grams)
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the almond milk, frozen banana, protein powder, peanut butter, and honey.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more almond milk and blend again until you reach your desired consistency.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Notes
- For added greens, toss in a handful of spinach or kale before blending.
- Substitute the peanut butter with almond butter or sunflower seed butter for a different flavor profile.
