Description

A delightful and refreshing dessert combining layers of chocolate, strawberry, and pineapple ice cream, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups chocolate ice cream, softened
  • 2 cups strawberry ice cream, softened
  • 2 cups pineapple ice cream, softened
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1/4 cup whipped cream (for topping)
  • Fresh strawberries and pineapple slices (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. In a medium bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Mix until well combined and press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then let it cool completely.
  2. Once the crust is cooled, spread the softened chocolate ice cream evenly over the crust. Place the pan in the freezer for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  3. After the chocolate layer has set, spread the softened strawberry ice cream over the chocolate layer. Return the pan to the freezer for another 30 minutes.
  4. Next, spread the softened pineapple ice cream over the strawberry layer. Sprinkle the drained crushed pineapple and sliced strawberries on top of the pineapple ice cream. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
  5. Cover the cake with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  6. To serve, remove the sides of the springform pan. Top with whipped cream and garnish with fresh strawberries and pineapple slices. Slice and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a fun twist, try using different flavors of ice cream, such as mango or vanilla.
  • You can also add a layer of chopped nuts or shredded coconut for added texture.
