Description

Peach Cheesecake Cobbler Rolls are a delightful dessert that combines the flavors of fresh peaches and creamy cheesecake wrapped in flaky crescent roll dough.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh peaches, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 package (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the diced peaches, granulated sugar, and cinnamon. Mix well and set aside to let the flavors meld.
  3. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  5. Spoon a tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture onto the wide end of each triangle, followed by a tablespoon of the peach mixture.
  6. Roll up each triangle starting from the wide end, tucking in the sides as you go to seal the filling inside.
  7. Place the rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with the beaten egg for a golden finish.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

  • For a twist, try adding a sprinkle of nutmeg to the peach mixture.
  • Substitute blueberries for peaches for a different flavor.
  • Drizzle a simple glaze made of powdered sugar and milk over the rolls for extra sweetness.
