Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- In a medium bowl, combine the diced peaches, chopped basil, honey, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Gently toss until well mixed. Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Remove the toasted baguette slices from the oven. Top each slice with a spoonful of the peach mixture and a few pieces of diced mozzarella.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze over the topped bruschetta before serving. Serve immediately for the best texture.
