A refreshing summer drink made with black tea and passion fruit juice, perfect for hot days.
Ingredients

- 2 cups water
- 4 black tea bags
- 1 cup passion fruit juice (fresh or bottled)
- 1/2 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Remove from heat and add the black tea bags. Steep for 5 minutes, then remove the tea bags and let the tea cool to room temperature.
- In a pitcher, combine the cooled tea, passion fruit juice, sugar, and fresh lemon juice. Stir well until the sugar is fully dissolved.
- Refrigerate the mixture for at least 1 hour to chill.
- To serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the passion fruit iced tea over the ice.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.

- For a fruity twist, add slices of fresh fruit like oranges or strawberries to the iced tea before serving.
- Substitute the black tea with green tea for a lighter flavor or use herbal tea for a caffeine-free option.
