Description
Parmesan Garlic Grilled Corn is a delicious summer side dish featuring fresh corn on the cob brushed with a flavorful garlic butter mixture and topped with melted Parmesan cheese.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 ears of fresh corn, husked
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the corn with the garlic butter mixture, ensuring each ear is well-coated.
- Place the corn directly on the grill grates and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is tender and has grill marks.
- Remove the corn from the grill and immediately sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over each ear while it’s still hot, allowing the cheese to melt slightly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the garlic butter mixture.
- Try using different cheeses, such as feta or cotija, for a unique flavor twist.
