Parmesan Cloud Chicken Bombs are delicious, bite-sized chicken balls made with cream cheese, Parmesan, and almond flour, perfect for a quick snack or appetizer.

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- In a separate small bowl, beat the egg and then add it to the chicken mixture. Stir until everything is evenly incorporated.
- Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls, about 1.5 inches in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken bombs are golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes to the mixture.
- Substitute the chicken with shredded turkey or cooked ground beef for a different flavor profile.
