- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the pancake mix, milk, eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon until smooth.
- Gently fold in the crumbled sausage and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Transfer the mixture into the greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Drizzle the maple syrup generously over the surface, then top with the remaining cheese.
- Evenly distribute the melted butter across the top of the casserole.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow it to rest for about 5 minutes before cutting into squares.
- Serve warm with extra maple syrup on the side if desired.
