Oreo Delight is a delicious layered dessert featuring a creamy filling, chocolate pudding, and a crunchy Oreo crust.

- 2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs (about 24 cookies)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
- 1 cup chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup crushed Oreos for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium bowl, combine the Oreo cookie crumbs and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Gently fold in 1 1/2 cups of the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled Oreo crust.
- In another bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and milk for about 2 minutes until it thickens. Spread the pudding evenly over the cream cheese layer.
- Top the pudding layer with the remaining whipped topping and sprinkle crushed Oreos on top for garnish.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the layers to set properly before serving.
Notes
- For a minty twist, add 1/2 teaspoon of peppermint extract to the cream cheese mixture and use mint Oreos for the crust.
- Substitute vanilla pudding for chocolate pudding for a different flavor profile, or layer in fresh fruit like strawberries or bananas for added freshness.
