Description

Nutella Cheesecake Bars are a rich and creamy dessert that combines the flavors of Nutella and cheesecake, set on a graham cracker crust.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • ½ cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to form a crust.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with ½ cup of sugar until smooth and creamy. Add the vanilla extract and egg, mixing until fully incorporated. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed.
  4. Add the Nutella to the cream cheese mixture and beat until well combined and smooth. Gently fold in the heavy cream until just combined.
  5. Pour the Nutella cheesecake filling over the prepared crust, spreading it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set before cutting into bars.

Notes

  • For an extra touch, drizzle melted chocolate over the top before serving or sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts for added crunch.
  • You can also substitute peanut butter for Nutella for a different flavor profile.
