- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
- 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/4 cup berry jam or preserves
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to form a crust.
- In a large bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust in the baking dish.
- Layer half of the mixed berries over the cream cheese layer.
- Drizzle half of the berry jam over the berries.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining cream cheese mixture, mixed berries, and jam.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Before serving, garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
Notes
- For a chocolate twist, add chocolate pudding between the layers or sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top.
- You can substitute the mixed berries with your favorite fruits like peaches or mangoes for a different flavor profile.
