Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup berry jam or preserves
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to form a crust.
  2. In a large bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
  4. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust in the baking dish.
  5. Layer half of the mixed berries over the cream cheese layer.
  6. Drizzle half of the berry jam over the berries.
  7. Repeat the layers with the remaining cream cheese mixture, mixed berries, and jam.
  8. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
  9. Before serving, garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
