Description

A delicious and easy no-bake dessert featuring a creamy peanut butter filling layered with fresh bananas, all nestled in a graham cracker crust.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • Chocolate shavings or mini chocolate chips for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are well coated. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan to form the crust. Refrigerate for 15 minutes to set.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully combined.
  4. Pour half of the peanut butter filling into the prepared crust. Layer the sliced bananas evenly over the filling. Top with the remaining peanut butter filling, smoothing it out with a spatula.
  5. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or until set. For best results, chill overnight.
  6. Before serving, garnish with chocolate shavings or mini chocolate chips if desired. Slice and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a chocolate twist, use chocolate graham crackers for the crust or add cocoa powder to the peanut butter filling.
  • Substitute almond butter or sunflower seed butter for a different nut flavor or to make it nut-free.
