- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Nutella
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- Chocolate shavings or hazelnuts for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of 6 individual serving cups or a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to set.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Add the Nutella, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese. Mix until well combined and smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the Nutella mixture until fully incorporated.
- Spoon the Nutella cheesecake filling over the chilled crusts in the serving cups or pour it into the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. For best results, chill overnight.
- Before serving, garnish with chocolate shavings or chopped hazelnuts if desired.
Notes
- For a cookie crust variation, substitute graham cracker crumbs with crushed Oreos.
- Add a layer of whipped cream on top before garnishing for an extra creamy texture.
