Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of 6 individual serving cups or a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to set.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the Nutella, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese. Mix until well combined and smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the Nutella mixture until fully incorporated.
  5. Spoon the Nutella cheesecake filling over the chilled crusts in the serving cups or pour it into the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. For best results, chill overnight.
  7. Before serving, garnish with chocolate shavings or chopped hazelnuts if desired.
