Description
A festive and colorful no-bake dessert inspired by the Grinch, perfect for holiday celebrations.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup green food coloring (or as needed)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- ½ cup chocolate chips (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until well combined and press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to set.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
- Add green food coloring to the mixture, a few drops at a time, until the desired shade of green is achieved. Fold in the mini marshmallows.
- Pour the green filling into the chilled graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly.
- Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or until set.
- Before serving, sprinkle chocolate chips on top if desired.
Notes
- For a festive twist, add crushed peppermint candies on top for a holiday flavor.
- You can also substitute the graham cracker crust with an Oreo crust for a chocolatey variation.
