Description

A festive and colorful no-bake dessert inspired by the Grinch, perfect for holiday celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup green food coloring (or as needed)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup chocolate chips (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until well combined and press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to set.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
  4. Add green food coloring to the mixture, a few drops at a time, until the desired shade of green is achieved. Fold in the mini marshmallows.
  5. Pour the green filling into the chilled graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly.
  6. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  7. Before serving, sprinkle chocolate chips on top if desired.

Notes

  • For a festive twist, add crushed peppermint candies on top for a holiday flavor.
  • You can also substitute the graham cracker crust with an Oreo crust for a chocolatey variation.
