- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup chocolate fudge sauce
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan to form the crust. Refrigerate for 15 minutes to set.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
- Drizzle the chocolate fudge sauce over the top, then sprinkle with shredded coconut and chopped pecans.
- Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours before serving to allow it to set properly.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, try adding a layer of caramel sauce along with the chocolate fudge.
- You can substitute the pecans with walnuts or almonds for a different nutty taste.
