Description

A delightful and easy-to-make No-Bake Funfetti Oreo Icebox Cake that is perfect for any celebration.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Funfetti cake mix (dry)
  • 1 package (15.35 oz) Oreo cookies
  • 1 cup sprinkles
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to whip until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold in the dry Funfetti cake mix until well combined.
  4. In a separate shallow dish, pour the milk.
  5. Quickly dip each Oreo cookie into the milk for about 1 second.
  6. In a 9×13 inch baking dish, layer the bottom with a single layer of dipped Oreo cookies.
  7. Spread a layer of the whipped cream mixture over the cookies, then sprinkle with a handful of sprinkles.
  8. Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of whipped cream on top.
  9. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
  10. Before serving, top with additional sprinkles.

Notes

  • For a chocolate twist, substitute regular Oreos with chocolate Oreos.
  • To make it even more festive, add a layer of whipped cream and sprinkles between each layer of cookies.
