A delightful and easy-to-make No-Bake Funfetti Oreo Icebox Cake that is perfect for any celebration.

- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup Funfetti cake mix (dry)
- 1 package (15.35 oz) Oreo cookies
- 1 cup sprinkles
- 1 cup milk
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to whip until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold in the dry Funfetti cake mix until well combined.
- In a separate shallow dish, pour the milk.
- Quickly dip each Oreo cookie into the milk for about 1 second.
- In a 9×13 inch baking dish, layer the bottom with a single layer of dipped Oreo cookies.
- Spread a layer of the whipped cream mixture over the cookies, then sprinkle with a handful of sprinkles.
- Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of whipped cream on top.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Before serving, top with additional sprinkles.
Notes
- For a chocolate twist, substitute regular Oreos with chocolate Oreos.
- To make it even more festive, add a layer of whipped cream and sprinkles between each layer of cookies.
