Description

A delicious and easy-to-make dessert that layers Biscoff cookie crumbs, cream cheese, and Biscoff spread, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Biscoff cookie crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff spread
  • 1/4 cup Biscoff cookies, crushed (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the Biscoff cookie crumbs and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated and resemble wet sand.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×9-inch baking dish to form a crust. Place in the refrigerator to chill while preparing the filling.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
  5. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the chilled crust. Drizzle half of the Biscoff spread on top, then use a knife to swirl it into the cream cheese layer.
  6. Add the remaining cream cheese mixture on top and repeat the process with the remaining Biscoff spread, swirling it into the top layer.
  7. Sprinkle the crushed Biscoff cookies over the top for garnish. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
  8. Slice into squares and serve chilled.

Notes

  • For a chocolate twist, add a layer of chocolate ganache on top of the cream cheese mixture before the final layer of Biscoff spread.
  • Substitute the Biscoff cookies with graham crackers or Oreos for a different flavor profile.
