A delicious and easy-to-make No-Bake Biscoff Lasagna that layers creamy Biscoff cookie spread and whipped cream cheese for a delightful dessert.

- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup Biscoff cookie spread
- 1 package (14.1 oz) Biscoff cookies
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup chocolate shavings or grated chocolate (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
- In another bowl, spread a thin layer of Biscoff cookie spread on the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish.
- Dip each Biscoff cookie briefly in the milk, then layer them over the cookie spread in the dish, covering the bottom completely.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the layer of cookies, smoothing it out evenly.
- Repeat the process by spreading another layer of Biscoff cookie spread, dipping more cookies in milk, and layering them on top of the cream cheese mixture.
- Add the remaining cream cheese mixture on top and smooth it out.
- Drizzle any remaining Biscoff cookie spread over the top and sprinkle with chocolate shavings if desired.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
- For a crunchier texture, consider adding crushed Biscoff cookies between the layers.
- Substitute the Biscoff cookie spread with Nutella or any other chocolate spread for a different flavor profile.
