Description

A delightful no-bake cheesecake that combines the classic flavors of a banana split with a creamy cheesecake filling, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • ½ cup chocolate syrup
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
  4. Pour half of the cheesecake mixture over the chilled crust and spread evenly. Layer half of the sliced bananas, crushed pineapple, and strawberries on top.
  5. Add the remaining cheesecake mixture over the fruit layer and spread evenly. Top with the remaining bananas, pineapple, and strawberries. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top and sprinkle with chopped walnuts if desired.
  6. Cover the cheesecake with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. For best results, chill overnight.
  7. Before serving, top with whipped cream and additional chocolate syrup if desired.

Notes

  • For a chocolate twist, substitute some of the graham cracker crumbs with chocolate cookie crumbs for the crust.
  • You can also add a layer of your favorite ice cream on top of the cheesecake before chilling for an extra treat.
