Description

A delicious and creamy salmon dish that is sure to impress and satisfy your cravings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Season the salmon fillets with thyme, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Place the fillets skin-side down in the skillet.
  4. Cook the salmon for 3-4 minutes until the skin is crispy, then carefully flip the fillets.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the lemon juice, heavy cream, and chicken broth. Pour this mixture over the salmon in the skillet.
  6. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the salmon.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  8. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the seasoning mix.
  • Serve the salmon over a bed of sautéed spinach or alongside roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
