- 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup crushed buttery crackers (like Ritz)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and chopped green onions.
- Pour the chicken mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- In a separate bowl, combine the crushed crackers and melted butter. Mix until the crackers are well coated.
- Sprinkle the cracker mixture evenly over the chicken mixture in the baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the topping is golden brown.
- Let it cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
