  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
  • 1/2 cup crushed buttery crackers (like Ritz)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Add the shredded cheddar cheese and green onions (if using) to the mixture and stir until evenly distributed.
  4. Place the chicken breasts in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Spread the sour cream mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
  5. Sprinkle the crushed crackers over the top of the chicken and sauce.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
