Description

Melted Mozzarella & Ranch Chicken Bombs are irresistible bite-sized treats filled with shredded chicken, melted mozzarella, and ranch dressing, all wrapped in flaky crescent roll dough.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Place a generous spoonful of the chicken mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll the dough around the filling, starting from the wide end and tucking in the sides to create a sealed bomb.
  6. Place the chicken bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Sprinkle the tops with grated Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add 1/4 cup of diced jalapeños to the chicken mixture.
  • You can also substitute the ranch dressing with blue cheese dressing for a different flavor profile.
