Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a generous spoonful of the chicken mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll the dough around the filling, starting from the wide end and tucking in the sides to create a sealed bomb.
- Place the chicken bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle the tops with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add 1/4 cup of diced jalapeños to the chicken mixture.
- You can also substitute the ranch dressing with blue cheese dressing for a different flavor profile.
