- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Place the fish fillets in a baking dish and spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the top of each fillet.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the mayonnaise-covered fish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and is opaque in color.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
