- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down. Brush the olive oil mixture evenly over the top of the salmon.
- In another small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, and lemon juice until well combined.
- Spoon the mustard mixture over the salmon fillets, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, marinate the salmon in the olive oil mixture for 30 minutes before baking.
- Serve with a side of roasted vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
