Description

Lobster Pasta in Creamy Alfredo Sauce is a luxurious dish featuring tender fettuccine pasta tossed with succulent lobster meat in a rich and creamy Alfredo sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound lobster meat, cooked and chopped
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped lobster meat and sauté for 2-3 minutes until heated through. Remove the lobster from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Cook for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Add the cooked fettuccine and lobster back into the skillet. Toss to combine, adding reserved pasta water as needed to reach desired sauce consistency.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, substitute half-and-half for heavy cream.
  • Add steamed broccoli or spinach for extra vegetables and color.
