Delicious Loaded Brownie Cheesecake Cups that combine rich brownie and creamy cheesecake in a delightful dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup brownie mix
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup crushed Oreos (optional)
  • Whipped cream for topping (optional)
  • Chocolate syrup for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, egg, and water. Stir until well combined.
  3. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the brownie batter into the bottom of each cupcake liner.
  4. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with granulated sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Add the egg to the cream cheese mixture and beat until fully incorporated.
  6. Fold in the mini chocolate chips and crushed Oreos, if using.
  7. Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer in each cupcake liner, filling them about 3/4 full.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set and the edges are lightly golden.
  9. Allow the cups to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  10. Once cooled, top with whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired.
