- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced (any color)
- 1 cup snap peas, trimmed
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sliced onion, sautéing for about 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the bell peppers, snap peas, carrots, and broccoli to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Stir in the cooked lo mein noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, ground ginger, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions before serving.

- For added protein, consider adding cooked chicken, shrimp, or tofu to the stir-fry.
- Customize the vegetables based on your preferences or what you have on hand, such as zucchini, mushrooms, or baby corn.
