  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1/4 cup sliced lemon (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C). Place the pizza crusts on baking sheets or pizza stones.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, lemon juice, lemon zest, honey, vanilla extract, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  3. Spread the lemon ricotta mixture evenly over each pizza crust, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the ricotta mixture.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
  6. Remove the pizzas from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
