- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the buffalo sauce, ranch seasoning, and cream cheese until well combined.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then place them in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Pour the buffalo sauce mixture over the chicken, ensuring each piece is coated evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Remove the dish from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Once done, remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
