Ingredients

  • 8 large flour tortillas
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1 cup sliced black olives
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well blended.
  2. Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture over the entire surface of the tortilla.
  3. Evenly distribute a layer of pepperoni, black olives, and spinach leaves over the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Starting from one end, tightly roll the tortilla into a log shape. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  5. Once all tortillas are rolled, wrap each log in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  6. After chilling, remove the plastic wrap and slice each log into 1-inch thick pinwheels. Arrange on a serving platter and enjoy!
