Ingredients

  • 1 cup salami, diced
  • 1 cup mozzarella balls, halved
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, salami, mozzarella balls, black olives, and parsley.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.
