Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, salami, mozzarella balls, black olives, and parsley.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all the ingredients evenly.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top and give the salad one last gentle toss.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for about 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld before serving.
